New Thrive Group | Codependency: Finding Yourself Again

CODEPENDENCY: FINDING YOURSELF AGAIN
Starts: Sunday, June 14th

Join us, all are welcome. There is no cost to attend. Come to one or all sessions. Although we encourage everyone to attend all sessions for maximum benefit, each session stands on its own.

A 6-Week Thrive Group for Breaking Unhealthy Patterns and Building Healthy Relationships.

Many people find themselves trapped in cycles of over-giving, people-pleasing, rescuing, fixing, controlling, or losing themselves in the needs of others. Over time, these patterns can leave us exhausted, resentful, confused about our identity, and disconnected from our own needs, values, and purpose.

Codependency: Finding Yourself Again is a 6-week Thrive Group designed to help participants recognize codependent patterns, establish healthy boundaries, strengthen their identity, and develop relationships rooted in love rather than fear, guilt, obligation, or control.

Each session includes practical teaching, self-reflection, guided group discussion, and growth exercises designed to create lasting change.

You will learn how to:

  • Recognize common signs of codependency
  • Understand the roots of unhealthy relational patterns
  • Identify people-pleasing and approval-seeking behaviors
  • Establish healthy boundaries without guilt
  • Develop emotional responsibility and self-awareness
  • Strengthen your identity and sense of self
  • Build healthier, more balanced relationships
  • Move from rescuing others to empowering others

Join our CODEPENDENCY Thrive Group and learn how to grow stronger—not just survive—through life’s challenges.

This six-week Thrive Group meets on Sundays beginning June 14th, from 5:30–7:30pm. Each gathering is dynamic and interactive, including teaching, group processing and feedback, and activations designed to support real growth.

Come for breakthroughs. Stay for community.
