What Is a Thrive Group?
Thrive Groups are six-week, small-group experiences designed to help individuals move beyond survival mode and step into intentional, healthy, God-centered living. These groups create a safe, grace-filled space where healing, growth, and transformation can take root.
Each Thrive Group is focused on a specific growth theme and is structured to combine biblical teaching with meaningful group process. The goal is not just learning information—but experiencing real, lasting change.
How Thrive Groups Work
Each session is divided into two intentional parts:
Teaching (Instruction & Insight)
The first portion of each group includes practical, Scripture-anchored teaching that equips participants with tools, language, and perspective for growth. Teaching is relatable, honest, and focused on real-life application.
Group Process (Connection & Integration)
The second portion is a guided group process time where participants have the opportunity to reflect, share, process, and apply what they are learning. This is not therapy, but a supportive environment that encourages connection, wisdom, and growth through community.
Why Thrive Groups?
Many people are functioning, coping, or enduring—but God calls us to more than survival. Thrive Groups exist to help participants:
- Build emotional, spiritual, and relational resilience
- Develop healthy perspectives and patterns
- Strengthen self-awareness and personal responsibility
- Experience growth through connection and community
- Learn how to live with purpose, clarity, and hope
**Current Thrive Group**: Building Resilience
Our February Thrive Group focuses on Building Resilience—the ability to withstand, recover, and grow through life’s challenges without losing heart, faith, or identity. This group helps participants develop the inner strength needed to navigate stress, adversity, and change while remaining grounded and whole.
